My interest revolves broadly in the synergistic intersection of development initiative that uses business models and digital tools to cure wicked problems in sustainability . to wit: unsustainable consumption of resources and production practices, population growth and urbanization, poverty and social disparity, climate crisis, inadequate access to human needs and resources. Most recently, my research has dealt with customer onboarding in SaaS in enhancing CX and UX. High-performance collaboration between MSMEs (micro, small and medium-sized enterprises) and promotional agencies in developing countries, addressing internationalization challenges of MSMEs in the global south; foster accelerator entrepreneurship ecosystem; virtual computing - how artificial intelligence supports deep learning; leveraging blockchain technology to enhance good governance, promote shared prosperity and inclusive growth.
As a mid-careerist, I have successfully initiated new business efforts in the ICT & real estate sectors and management consulting, where I was fortunate to demonstrate and implement both managerial and leadership capabilities in the face of rapidly changing and emerging sectors. What makes me shine is my collaborative management style that is impact-driven, value-added, client-oriented. I enjoy civic engagement and have been heavily involved in projects and initiatives aimed at fostering community-based economy by partnering with native community dwellers to develop customized housing scheme that supports sustainable healthy living and helping female-led survival family businesses thrive.
I have served as a volunteer in a number of prestigious events, e.g., SLUSH 2017 -Global Impact Accelerator in Helsinki Finland; 2014 World Hockey Championship in the Hague (Netherlands), serving food to refugees and homeless poor in the Hague city Champlain. I was equally selected to participate as a volunteer during Rio2016 Olympic games in Rio de Janeiro Brazil. Above all, I am hospitality certified and an accredited ambassador of the city of the Hague (Netherlands) by Gemeente Den Haag.
